The haunted aesthetic, the spooky character roster, the scoring engine, and every visual and audio element of Ghost Train are protected creative works. We appreciate you not repacking the ghosts.
Ghost Train is provided as-is. Like any old train, it may occasionally need maintenance or suffer unexpected delays. We make no promise of perfect availability or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any harm — real or imagined — resulting from playing Ghost Train, including lost progress, interrupted sessions, or jump scares you signed up for.
These Terms may change. Updated versions are posted here with a new date. Getting back on the train after a revision means you accept the new Terms.
